This privacy policy is intended to inform you of how we process your personal information,if you use our website.

The appointment of a data protection officer is dispensable for our company with less than 10 employees who are constantly involved in the processing of personal data (§ 38 BDSG 2018).

2. Collection, processing, use and storage of personal data
a) When visiting the website
In general, you can visit our pages without us needing your personal information. Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us by yourself, for example to process your inquiries via a contact form. In addition, we automatically collect and save server log files.
b) By using the contact form
For questions of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us via a form provided on the website. It is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address so that we know who the request came from and to answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.

The data processing for the purpose of contacting us is in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO based on your voluntarily granted consent.

The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after completion of the request made by you.

Furthermore, your visit will send data from your web browser to our server. Details can be found under 4..

We point out that the data transmission in the Internet (eg in the communication by E-Mail or with our contact form) can exhibit security gaps. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible.

3. Transfer of personal data

Information transmitted by your browser to our server is:
  • Operating system used
  • Browser type / version
  • Referer URL (the website from which you visit us)
  • Host name of the accessing computer = IP address
  • Time of the request to the server
This information is evaluated for statistical purposes only. As an individual user, you remain anonymous.

5. Analysis tools
We do not use data analysis tools.

6. Use of cookies

When visiting our site, so-called cookies are stored on your computer and in the respective browser. Through this it is possible to recognize your browser on the next visit. Cookies are usually stored on your device until you delete them yourself. We do not use Google Maps.

You may request information from AUCO GmbH as the responsible office at any time about any data stored about you, the purpose of the storage and its origin.
