Effect & Use
AUCO RONDASLIDE - W is a metal-free, wax-containing deep-drawing lubricant for aluminum blanks, especially for the extrusion of aluminum blanks. Suitable for aqueous alkaline spraying, dipping, ultrasonic and other washing systems. Because AUCO RONDASLIDE - W contains no heavy metals, it is particularly suitable for the production of cans and tubes for the food industry.
Application
Depending on the size of the blanks, take 100 to 140g AUCO RONDASLIDE - W for 100 kg aluminum rounds. Drum for 12 to 15 minutes. See also technical data sheet. Keep opened container tightly closed!
If you want to mill AUCO RONDASLIDE - W, do not close the bucket after opening, so the lubricant can
dry to your desired
consistency.
