CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT
For many years, the Aust family has been the motor behind the success of AUCO GmbH. The medium-sized company was founded in 1977 by F. S. Aust in Constance on Lake Constance and has since been held in the experienced hands of the Aust family and its management team.
Soon, the rented rooms in Konstanz became too small, which is why the Aust family acquired their own property. Due to delay of the building permission by the city of Constance in 1988, another property was purchased in Engen in theHegau area instead. There was a way better infrastructure and better support from the unbureaucratic city administration. The new hall in Engen was designed and built on the family's ideas, and already in December 1989 the company AUCO GmbH could move there.

Determining directions, taking advantage of opportunities, keeping an eye on goals: this is part of the AUCO philosophy. The entire workforce focuses its attention consistently on the needs and special wishes of the customers, and works as a team with a positive basic attitude to their tasks, which are related to the protection of our environment. That requires the highest degree of responsibility.
AUCO GmbH was the first chemical company in southern Germany to produce phosphate-free detergents and submitted these formulations to the Water Management Office for inspection. According to the law at that time, all cleanser formulations had to be registered with the Federal Environmental Agency. This assigned the respective companies a certain number in the order of incoming applications. AUCO GmbH received the # 0125. Well-known major companies in the industry proved thus to be much later concerned about protecting our environment.
CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT
40 years of experience, with the ability to apply the collected knowledge practically, enable the AUCO GmbH to develop the most effective products for each customer. Expertise and flexibility are the basis for new concepts and problem solutions. Through knowledge, experience and willingness to learn, AUCO GmbH has the competence to meet new situations as well.
Thus, the curiosity and motivation of the AUCO team require positive changes .
