The acidic special cleaning concentrate for heat exchangers and disc oil coolers (low foaming)
Effects
AUCO ALU - B SA reliably removes lime deposits in heat exchangers and oil coolers made of chrome steel, aluminum, brass and copper. Oxide and lime layers are removed and the non-ferrous metals become lightened. Infections of iron (Fe) on chrome steel are removed, the surface is passivated. Aluminum forms a protective layer against corrosion. The chromate layer is protected.
Application
Set AUCO ALU - B SA as a bath (mixed approx. 1:6 with water, at room temperature). Depending on the degree of soiling, insert the heat exchanger and the disc oil cooler for a few hours until overnight. Wash out well with a water impulse device or high-pressure cleaner. Stainless steel, aluminum and brass get a radiant shine. Copper quickly becomes patina after treatment – due to total degreasing. Oiling or treatment with clear varnish preserves the shine.
