Effect & Use
AUCO RONDASLIDE - SD is a slow-drying (SD = Slow Dry) and metal-free deep-drawing aid for aluminum blanks, especially for extruding aluminum blanks. Suitable for aqueous alkaline spray, dip, ultrasonic and other washing systems. Because AUCO RONDASLIDE - SD contains no heavy metals, it is particularly suitable for the production of cans and tubes for the food industry.
Application
Depending on the size of the blanks, take 100g to 140g of AUCO RONDASLIDE - SD on 100 kg aluminum rounds. Drum for 12 to 15 minutes. See also technical data sheet. Keep opened container tightly closed!
